What an EPG Affiliate Is 

An EPG Affiliate is someone who represents our program with integrity. They’re here to help people become better versions of themselves. They help people break bad habits, change negative attitudes, shift unhelpful opinions, improve family dynamics, navigate workplace struggles, and get unstuck and move forward. An affiliate is a solution‑giver. They carry solutions to people’s problems and share those solutions through the three tools we provide.

And for doing that, there is a compensation plan.

 

Your Promotional Marketing Tools 

Once you become an Evergreen Personal Growth Affiliate, you’ll have access to your affiliate portal. Inside your dashboard, you’ll see the promotional marketing tools available to you. These tools are already created, already tested, and ready for you to use without having to build your own content or materials. Affiliates can use the tools as they see fit.

 

How the Compensation Works

 

Affiliates earn a 40% commission on whatever the customer pays, excluding tax.

Examples

 If someone buys CMS at the full price of 279, 40% of 279 = 111.60.

If they use a discount code and the price becomes 147, 40% of 147 = 58.80.

If they use a different code and the price becomes 117, 40% of 117 = 46.80.

And yes — you earn 40% commission on your own purchase. That commission is included in your monthly payout.

Bottom line: Whatever the customer pays — that exact number — the affiliate earns 40% of it.

 

30‑Day Tagging 

When someone clicks your affiliate link, Kajabi tags that email address to you for 30 days. If they buy within those 30 days, you earn the commission. If they do not buy within 30 days, the tag expires. If they click someone else’s link, the new tag replaces yours. If they use a different email, it treats them as a new person. 

 

Payout Schedule 

Commissions are paid once per month. Any commissions that clear within the payout window are included in that month’s payment. Anything that clears after the cutoff rolls into the next month.

1. Program Terms

Participation in the Evergreen Personal Growth Affiliate Program, operated by Evergreen Personal Growth (EPG), is voluntary. By joining the program, affiliates agree to abide by all program terms, policies, and updates as provided by EPG.

EPG reserves the right to modify commission rates, payout schedules, program rules, eligibility requirements, or any aspect of the affiliate program at any time, with or without notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

Affiliates are solely responsible for their own marketing activities, compliance with applicable laws, and the accuracy of their payment information. EPG is not responsible for an affiliate’s promotional methods, claims, or representations.

EPG does not guarantee sales, traffic, conversions, or any specific outcome as a result of participating in the affiliate program.

 

2. Income Illustration

Any income, earnings, or financial examples shown on this website, in the Evergreen Personal Growth Affiliate Compensation Plan, in training materials, or in any EPG content are provided solely for illustration and educational purposes. They are not guarantees, promises, or predictions of actual results.

All examples are hypothetical demonstrations of how the compensation structure works. They are intended to explain the mechanics of the program — not to represent what any individual affiliate will earn.

Actual earnings will vary based on individual effort, marketing activity, audience size, consistency, and many factors outside the control of EPG.

EPG does not guarantee that any affiliate will achieve the income levels shown in any examples. Your results may be higher, lower, or zero.

Past performance does not guarantee future results. All affiliates operate as independent contractors and are responsible for their own business decisions and tax obligations.

 

3. Independent Contractor / Affiliate Association

Affiliates of Evergreen Personal Growth (EPG), participating in the Evergreen Personal Growth Affiliate Program, do so as independent contractors. Affiliates are not employees, partners, agents, franchisees, or joint‑venture participants with EPG in any legal or tax capacity.

As independent contractors:

  • Affiliates are responsible for reporting and paying their own taxes on any income earned through the Evergreen Personal Growth Affiliate Program.

  • EPG will issue a Form 1099‑NEC to any affiliate who earns $600 or more in commissions in a calendar year, in accordance with IRS regulations.

  • Affiliates are not entitled to employee benefits, wage protections, or tax withholding from EPG.

  • Affiliates operate independently and may not represent themselves as employees, staff, managers, or owners of EPG.

Affiliates determine their own marketing methods, strategies, and level of participation. EPG does not control or direct affiliate activities and is not responsible for any claims, statements, or representations made by affiliates.

EPG reserves the right to suspend or terminate an affiliate’s participation for violations of program terms, non‑compliance, or conduct deemed harmful to the brand.

 

4. Affiliate Conduct & Ethical Standards

Affiliates representing Evergreen Personal Growth (EPG) must conduct themselves in a professional, ethical, and business‑like manner at all times. Affiliates agree to uphold the values of honesty, integrity, accuracy, and respect when promoting EPG products and services.

Affiliates may not:

  • engage in deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing practices

  • make false claims, income guarantees, or misrepresentations

  • use spam, harassment, or prohibited advertising methods

  • present EPG as a get‑rich‑quick scheme or illegal opportunity

  • engage in behavior that damages the reputation, credibility, or brand of EPG

  • impersonate EPG staff, leadership, or official representatives

Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, including FTC guidelines, advertising standards, email marketing regulations, and platform policies.

EPG reserves the right to remove or terminate any affiliate who engages in unethical conduct, violates program standards, or behaves in a manner inconsistent with the values and mission of Evergreen Personal Growth.
